New Ross, June 21 -- F. M. Stoner, highly respected resident of New Ross, died Thursday night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Stella Chambers following an extended illness. Mr. Stoner had been a lifelong resident of the New Ross community. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Emma Duke, of Mahomet, Illinois, and Mrs. Chambers, at whose home he died; one son, C. J. Stoner, nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at the New Ross Christian church Saturday afternoon at two o'clock.
